At Soul Purpose Doula, we are here to support you every step of the way, offering a comprehensive pregnancy package that nurtures your body, mind, and spirit. Our approach ensures that you feel empowered, cherished, and spiritually uplifted as you prepare to welcome your precious new life. The Pregnancy Package is included within the Birth Package, but I do offer it independently. This package is for moms that only want support throughout pregnancy, and it is offered in person or virtually.

1 Prenatal appointment

Birth affirmation cards

Initial Consultation: A thorough assessment to understand your needs, preferences, and any concerns you may have, ensuring personalized and attentive care.
Holistic Health Guidance: Advice on nutrition, exercise, and self-care practices tailored to support a healthy pregnancy.
Birth Plan Creation: Assistance in developing a birth plan that reflects your desires and respects your faith, ensuring a personalized and meaningful birthing experience.
Compassionate support to help you navigate the emotional highs and lows of pregnancy, providing reassurance and a listening ear.
Partner and Family Involvement: Encouraging active participation of your partner and family, offering them tools and techniques to support you effectively.
Resource Sharing: Access to a wealth of resources, including reading materials, local support groups, and faith-based community services.

I will attend one prenatal appointment of your choice, I will also provide evidence based information throughout your pregnancy so that you can stay informed and make the best choices. We will go over pain relief techniques, labor positions, and I will provide recommendations to things such as Yoga classes, Chiropractors, Pelvic Floor Specialists, and Massage Therapists. In addition, you will receive 20+ birth affirmation cards to use during your pregnancy and labor.
