Welcoming a new baby into your family is a joyous and transformative experience, yet it comes with its own set of challenges and adjustments. As a devoted postpartum doula and mother of three, I am here to support you during this precious time, providing compassionate, faith-based care to help you navigate the early weeks of motherhood with confidence, peace, and joy.

The postpartum period is a time of profound change and growth. My goal is to empower you to embrace this new chapter with confidence, drawing strength from your faith and the love that surrounds you. Together, we will create a nurturing environment where you and your baby can thrive, celebrating the miracle of new life every step of the way.

I have 4 postpartum packages to choose from, or we can customize one to fit the needs of your family!

As your Postpartum Doula I will:​

  • Provide resources, information, or referrals as needed.

  • Heartfelt Encouragement: Regular visits to provide emotional support, a listening ear, and practical advice as you adjust to life with your new baby.

  • Gentle guidance and reassurance to help you navigate the emotional highs and lows of the postpartum period.

  • Support with newborn care basics, including diapering, bathing, swaddling, and soothing techniques.

  • Assistance with breastfeeding, addressing common challenges, and helping you establish a successful breastfeeding routine.

  • Light household tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up to ensure you can focus on bonding with your baby.

  • Tips and support for your postpartum recovery, including self-care strategies, nutrition advice, and gentle exercise recommendations.

  • Guidance and support for older siblings, helping them adjust to the new family dynamic with love and understanding.

  • Ongoing availability for questions, concerns, and additional support as you continue to navigate your postpartum journey.
